Sati Virdee

Tax Director

We are delighted to announce that Sati Virdee has joined as Tax Director.

Sati is a Chartered Tax Advisor and Fellow of the Association of Taxation Technicians. She has over 25 years of experience in all aspects of private client tax. She has a keen interest in advising non-domiciliaries on domicile, residency, and the remittance basis of taxation. She frequently works with UK and non-UK domiciled clients, which include entrepreneurs, wealthy individuals, and trusts. She will be working closely with the private client partners to provide our clients with clear advice on how the complex UK tax rules impact their financial transactions. Sati covers the following areas of advice:

• Personal tax compliance and tax mitigation
• Capital gains tax planning including property transaction
• International tax aspects of domicile, residency, and the remittance basis of taxation
