david rodney
David specialises in advising high-wealth clients on tax planning amongst other things. He heads up our barristers and chambers department working closely with fellow partner, David Marks. Forensic accounting is another of David's specialities, he has provided many expert reports. His clients range from multinational communication companies to fledgling companies in their infancy.
David also has his hands full at home with a wife and 5 boisterous boys.

jonathan prevezer
Jonathan is Chairman of our IT committee and he also specialises in UK and overseas Trusts, the media industry generally, family owned businesses and charities as well as dealing with all aspects of general practice.
Jonathan is also heavily involved in the marketing of the firm as well as organising social activities for everyone to enjoy!

mark bailey
Mark is our financial services specialist and has been responsible for developing a significant presence amongst clients regulated by the Financial Services Authority.
Mark started with us as a trainee and his long-term commitment to the firm has enabled him to build up a portfolio that includes many of the larger clients of the practice.
He is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation and specialises in providing innovative solutions to tax problems.
Outside the office he is kept busy by his wife and two daughters and is sometimes allowed to escape to the golf course!

Henry specialises in UK and offshore trusts, high net worth individuals and property companies. He is a member of the Audit Faculty and The Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners. Henry is involved in general practice work specialising in charities and personal tax. His client list includes solicitors, travel agents, pension schemes and offshore companies.
And when he isn't working, Henry loves to watch and play sport as well as spend time with his wife and three children. |

David
is our law society specialist, and works closely
with many barristers and chambers. He also has a
wide range of other clients - covering fields as
far apart as entertainers to motor dealers. He's
also known to spend many a happy hour researching
tax and audit issues raised by clients.
David is a
keen football supporter, and lives in Surrey with
his wife, young children and enormous dog.

stephen simou
Stephen joined Citroen Wells as a trainee and is now one of our senior partners responsible for, amongst other things, our charity department. He also has expertise in a number of other areas including authors, FSA regulated businesses, UK trusts, property and owner managed companies.
He is married with two children and enjoys his family life. He spends some of his spare time playing squash and watching his young son playing football. |

Walter
is an Audit partner as well as the head of information
technology - being our firm's expert. He gets involved
in all areas of practice especially Audits of Companies
and Charities and Corporate Tax. He also advises
on the purchase and installation of computer software
and hardware.
He
is married with a young son.

With
over 20 years full time tax specialisation behind him,
David is an essential member of our team. He consults
on all aspects of UK taxation(including Revenue investigations)
with an emphasis on personal taxation, owner/family
controlled corporations - often with international
or offshore dimensions.

Philip
provides accountancy and taxation services to owner
managed businesses and a wide range of self employed
clients. For many years he has specialised in dealing
with the accountancy needs of a large number of barristers
and the solving of their tax problems. He has written
articles on tax for barristers which have been published
in “Counsel” magazine.
Philip
is a keen rugby supporter, gardener, pondkeeper and
walker/trekker. He is particularly proud of having
climbed Mount Kilimanjaro.

jimmy
mehta
Jimmy
is a General Practice Partner of Citroen Wells and
looks after
high net worth individuals. As well as managing a
portfolio of audit clients in many sectors, Jimmy
is also finance director of a listed plc. What's
more, he is a licensed insolvency practitioner and
advises both clients and non-clients on corporate
recovery procedures and individual voluntary arrangements.
Believe
it or not, Jimmy still has time to be a keen golfer
as well as a husband and dad!

alistair thurlow
Alistair became a Partner in April 2004 but has been a part of the Citroen Wells team since 1995. He has worked closely with Mark Bailey to develop our services to clients regulated by the FSA. He has also been involved as a manager in many of the larger clients of the Firm including Property companies, Solicitors and Software Developers.
He is married to Alice who is a Chartered Accountant and trained at CW. They have two gorgeous children, Matthew and Anya. In his spare time Alistair likes to avoid DIY and Gardening. |

maxine higgins
A general practice partner with specific responsibilities for personal taxation, trusts and estates; Maxine is especially interested in assisting clients with tax planning, in particular, inheritance tax.
Maxine has had a long involvement with the London Society of Chartered Accountants (LSCA), having run the monthly south-west London tax discussion group for several years. She currently sits on the LSCA taxation committee and is involved in the "Working Together" initiative.
Her husband, young family and home renovation project account for any spare time that she might otherwise spend pursuing hobbies or other interests! |

keith richardson
Keith was made a partner from 1 October 2005, having joined the firm in April 2000. Keith has been involved in many areas of practice work including in particular audits of property companies and charities. Having a mathematical background Keith also likes to get involved in any special projects involving complicated calculations!
Away from the office Keith enjoys playing 5 a side football and following Southampton FC.
